High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Case] Drainage Pump Station Construction Project

This is an example of improvement using this product, which has been treated to be neutral and dust-proof, in a site where environmental considerations are necessary!

This construction project involves the construction of a drainage pumping station. During the pile driving using the middle-boring pile method, high-water-content clay soil is generated, so we were considering a simple treatment method. Additionally, consideration for the surrounding environment was an important issue at this site. Therefore, a neutral and dust-proof treated high-water-content clay soil modifier, 'MT-2', was adopted. After improving the soil with this product, it was immediately transported to a temporary storage area by dump truck. The sand-mixed silt layer had a water content ratio of 50%. With the addition of 3 kg/m3 of MT-2 and approximately 10 minutes of mixing, it became possible to transport it immediately. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Case] Apartment Building Construction Project

This is a case where excavated soil with a high water content ratio generated from the all-casing method was improved using the high-water-content soil improvement agent MT series and then disposed of as soil material!

We would like to introduce a case where our high-water-content soil stabilizer, the MT series, was used to treat residual soil from piles. The soil generated from excavation using the all-casing method was high in moisture, necessitating some form of improvement. Additionally, after treatment, the soil was to be transported to a nearby disposal site, with the intention of repurposing it for agricultural land. Therefore, the high-water-content soil stabilizer "MT-2," which takes safety and environmental considerations into account, was adopted. After improving the excavated soil with this product, it was immediately transported to the disposal site by dump truck. [Case Overview] <Challenges> - The soil generated from excavation using the all-casing method was high in moisture, requiring some form of improvement. - After treatment, the soil was to be transported to a nearby disposal site, with the intention of repurposing it for agricultural land. <Results> - After improving the excavated soil with "MT-2," it was immediately transported to the disposal site. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The MT series of high water content soil improvement agents has been registered in the "New Technology Information Database"!

The MT series of high water content soil improvement agents has been registered in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Construction Bureau's "New Technology Information Database."

On March 13, the "New Technology Information Database" operated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Construction registered the high water content soil improvement agent MT series. The Bureau aims to achieve efficient and effective construction, including cost reduction, by sharing information on excellent new technologies developed in the private sector and actively utilizing them in the projects it undertakes. To this end, it has established the "New Technology Evaluation and Selection Guidelines," which accept proposals from developers of new technologies and gather information. From the proposals received, those expected to be effective in the Bureau's projects are selected and compiled as the "New Technology Information Database" for information provision. In the process of registration this time, the product underwent rigorous examination over approximately one year, including revisions to the application and hearings. It is the first company from Yamagata Prefecture to be registered in this database. In the future, this product will be actively utilized in construction projects ordered by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Construction. Comparison of Water Immersion Conditions for High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series Treated Soil

What happens when the MT series high cement content soil conditioner is soaked in water? We will introduce the water immersion conditions of each treated soil with photos.

We conducted comparative tests to answer common questions such as, "Does the improved mud from the MT series have any influence from rainfall?" and "Will it re-mud?" We explain with photos the situation when purified water was added to the treated soil completed with the MT series high water content mud improvement agent added to simulated mud. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Case] Pole Erection Work

This is an example of improving the soil during the construction of pillar works, enabling rapid pillar installation!

We would like to introduce examples of the MT series high-water-content soil stabilizer. During pile driving work, mud containing groundwater is generated during excavation, which has been a hindrance to construction. Therefore, the high-water-content soil stabilizer 'MT-1', which can be improved with a low additive amount and instantly, and is also safe for the environment, was adopted. After improving the sludge with this product, repeated re-excavation and mud removal were carried out with an auger, enabling rapid pile driving operations. It is currently being used at similar sites nationwide. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Case Studies] Infrastructure Development Project

Optimal for the field! A case where excavation for waterway widening was adopted in the infrastructure development project.

This construction project is a land readjustment project aimed at large-scale consolidation of rice fields. In this project, the initial plan was to backfill the existing waterway with locally generated soil for agricultural use. However, due to the high moisture content of the locally generated soil, we considered methods for soil improvement, but using cement or lime was not feasible due to concerns about their impact on crops. Therefore, we conducted test formulations to see if the high-water-content clay soil improvement agent MT-2 could be used. As a result, all soil environmental standard component analysis items were below the standard values, and the soil hardness (Yamanaka method) was determined to be 12mm after 21 days, leading us to conclude that backfilling with improved soil was possible, and we proceeded with mixing at the site of the existing waterway. Furthermore, considering future subsurface drainage and agricultural activities, the use of improved soil was limited to a depth of 80cm below the surface. Subsequently, improved soil was also utilized in adjacent construction projects. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
